1.Admission/Registration form is issued on the basis of vacancy available in all classes.
2. The vacancy status is available with administrative officer.
3. The registration form has to be collected from administrative office
4. The registration form has to be submitted along with required documents.
5. On successful submission of form, parent will be informed through telephonically call about date and time to visit for interaction & verification of original documents.
6. On selection for admission, parent will receive a message.
7. Parent is required to complete the admission process by remitting the amount payable for confirmation of admission.

Original Copy of Birth Certificate issued by relevant Govt. authority OR Notarized copy of Birth Certificate.
Address Proof
Any one proof of residential address i.e Adhaar card /Election card/Valid Passport/ Latest paid Electricity bill/ Registered lease deed or Rent Agreement.
Transfer case
Transfer Order/ Joining letter from a competent authority in support of transfer case – (If Applicable)
Category
Copy of Certificate issued by statutory authority for ST/SC/OBC etc. –(If Applicable)
Photograph
Passport Size photographs : 2
Mark sheet/ Report card
Mark sheet/Report card of previous year(Applicable for admission in class I onwards)
Note
1)Final admission is subject to verification of the above documents to be produced in original. Photo copies shall not be accepted at the time of admission. (2) If the information provided is found to be incorrect or false, the applicant shall be automatically barred from the selection process without any correspondence in this regard.
