Admission Process

The Admission Process for the academic year is available in the school. There are limited vacancies available in Nursery to Class  XI. Interested parents are requested to contact the school office between 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM on any working day.

Mentioned below is the step-by-step admission process for your kind reference.

1) Filling up the inquiry form. 

2) Campus Visit

3) Digital touring of the school

4) Interaction  with the Principal

5) Obtaining Admission Form

6) Entrance Test (For grades 2 to 9)

7) Submitting Admission Form with required documents and payment of fees 

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

The age of the students, as of 1st April of the Academic year should have been completed, for

Play Group : 3 Years 

Jr. K.G.: 4  Years 

Sr. K.G.: 5 Years 

Grade 1: 6 Years 

1) Filling up the inquiry form. 

As per the age requirement parents need to fill up the inquiry form. The form is available online on the school website or parents can fill it up during a visit to the school. 

2) Campus Visit

Parents along with the child will be taken for a campus visit where they will be introduced to the school infrastructure and the amenities provided.

3) Digital touring of the school

A digital touring will be done in our school auditorium, where glimpses of our academic, curricular and co-curricular activities will be shared.

4) Interaction with the Principal

An interactive session with the Principal of the school will be conducted. General discussion and a familiarity session will be conducted between the parent along with the child and the Principal. 

5) Obtaining Admission Form

Parents can acquire the Admission Form along with School Prospectus from the school office against payment of Rs. 500/- 

6) Entrance Test (For grades 2 to 9)

The purpose of conducting an entrance test is to know the level of the student so that he/she can be catered to accordingly.

Pre-Primary: Informal Testing on General Awareness (No Entrance Test)

Class I to V: English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies & Hindi

Class VI to VIII: English, Mathematics, Science & Hindi

The test, written & oral will be based on basic concepts and skills of the grade the student is studying. i.e. In the Entrance Test of class V, the questions will be based on the syllabus of class IV. Students must carry a compass box with them while appearing for the Entrance Test. Calculators or other electronic devices are not permitted.

The Entrance Test is conducted on prefixed dates between 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM. The result of the entrance test will be shared on the same day. 

7) Submitting Admission Form with required documents and payment of fees 

The Admission Form should be completed in all aspects along with supporting documents listed hereunder:

1) Certified English Copy of Ward's Birth Certificate

2) Medical Fitness Certificate

3) A copy of Previous and Current year's Mark Sheets

4) Special achievements/awards certificates if any, and

5) 8 latest passport size colour photographs of the student passport size colour photographs of the father & mother each Offer of admission is followed by the following formalities

  • Signing the Admission Offer Letter
  • Filling-up Undertaking Forms
  • Application for opting lunch Facility (Only for Day School students)
  • Confirming for the bus routes (School buses ply on fixed pick-up points only; the bus route are not changed during the entire academic year. The final authority regarding approval of the admission of a student lies with the Principal. 

Payment of fees: 

Admission is confirmed on payment of admission fees. 

First Installment and subsequent installments:- 

The first installment of fees must be made a week before commencing the new academic session.

Subsequent installments will be informed to the parents in advance.

For detailed information about fees, kindly contact the school office between 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM on any working day. (Details of procurement of uniform, text-books & notebooks would be declared by 15th March of the academic year)

WELCOME LETTER:

The new academic session will commence as follows:

  • Pre-Primary Section: After Summer Vacation (Mid June)
  • Primary Section: 1st week of April
